Performance Test Engineer

As performance test engineer you will join our team of performance testers. You will work on exciting projects at our clients. With our personal coaching we will help you to take your career to the next level.

Job content
  • Design, maintain and execute performance tests.
  • You interpret the test results and help defining the root of the performance problems.
  • Log and follow up defects.
  • Be the SPOC for performance related questions at the client.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the performance testing field.
  • Depending on your level, you will also:
    • Coach junior performance testers and developers.
    • Give internal trainings, workshops and presentations.
    • Help defining the performance testing strategy and environment at the client.
Who are you?
  • You have a quality mindset and an “I can do it” attitude.
  • You are nice to work with.
  • You have a good knowledge of testing methodologies. If not, you have at least a strong will to become an expert in testing.
  • You have experience with tools like JMeter/Blazemeter, NeoLoad, Microfocus LoadRunner/Performance Center and/or Gatling.
  • You have knowledge of Java, JavaScript, C/ANSI C, C# and/or VBScript.
  • You have a solid knowledge of databases including SQL.
  • You have knowlegde of webservices (REST and SOAP).
  • It should be nice if you have experience with:
    • Monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Graphite.
    • Automating performance tests in combination with continuous integration and delivery tools like Jenkins.
  • You speak Dutch or French and have a good knowledge of English.
