• You manage test resources, budgets and risks.
• You define the test strategy and write test plans.
• You supervise the test activities and report the status to all the stakeholders inclusive higher management.
• You stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the testing field.

Who are you?

• You have a quality mindset and an “I can do it” attitude.

• You have an excellent knowledge of testing methodologies
• You have experience with test automation and a good knowledge of test management tools like TestRail, HipTest, HP ALM, …
• You have strong developed people and coaching skills. You know how to motivate people.
• You have at least 5 years experience in a similar function.
• Your are structured, result driven and flexible.
• You have excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• You have a positive attitude. You are a team player and a challenger.
• You speak Dutch or French and have a good knowledge of English.
